If you ever need to return a product, simply call us and we will set up a return or exchange.
Returns will not be accepted without a Pre-Authorized Return Number and must be sent back in
original packaging. Refunds are given within 30 days of original invoice date and
original shipping charges are non-refundable. DIRECTV® Receivers that have had
their access cards activated will NOT be eligible for return or refund. It is
not necessary to activate the card in order to determine signal strength
or picture quality. Item(s) not in compliance with the return policy are subject
to a 20% restocking fee and GetDTVNow has sole discretion whether to accept said return.
To Return a Product Simply call our Customer Care Center within 30
days of the receipt of your purchase at 1-866-212-2707 to obtain a RA number.
Once you have been issued the RA number, it is valid for 10 business days from the
issue date. The RA number must be written on the outside of the package as well as on a
copy of the packing list to be included in the returned package. Item(s) should be returned
via a shipping method that provides tracking of package status, such as UPS Ground Service,
as returns can not be processed for items that are not received. Products must be
returned in original packaging. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
